INGREDIENTS
- 1 package (19 ounces) Johnsonville® Original Brats
- 1/2 head shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1/2 cup prepared guacamole
- 1 jar (16 ounces) nacho cheese sauce
- 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 bag (15 ounces) tortilla chip
Preparation
- Cook brats according to package directions. Cool slightly; cut into coin-sized pieces.
- Layer tortilla chips on a serving tray.
- Layer the lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, guacamole and cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle with olives and green onions.
- Serve with dollops of sour cream.
