Bratchos

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package (19 ounces) Johnsonville® Original Brats
  • 1/2 head shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • 1/2 cup prepared guacamole
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 bag (15 ounces) tortilla chip

Preparation

  1. Cook brats according to package directions. Cool slightly; cut into coin-sized pieces.
  2. Layer tortilla chips on a serving tray.
  3. Layer the lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, guacamole and cheese sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with olives and green onions.
  5. Serve with dollops of sour cream.
