Pineapple Salsa Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 1 can Red Gold Tomato Love® Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz
- 1/4 cup red onions, diced
- 2 tablespoons Jalapeños, diced fresh
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Preparation
- In medium bowl, mix pineapple, tomatoes + green chilies, red onions, and jalapeños.
- Gently stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, vinegar, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
