Italian Pulled Pork Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lb fully cooked Pulled Pork
  • 1/2 cup Mild Giardiniera, drained
  • 4 Sun-dried Tomato Wraps
  • 2 cups grated Fontina Cheese
  • Drizzled Balsamic Glaze
  • Butter Pan Spray
  • Sprinkle Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 container of greens/spinach mix
  • 2 tbsp Pesto

Preparation

  1. Mix pork and giardiniera.
  2. Spray pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay down wrap and top with 1/4 of pork mix.
  4. Turn on heat on low.
  5. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and drizzle with glaze.
  6. Cover and let cook 4-6 min. until cheese melts.
  7. Uncover and cook another 2-3 min until crust is crispy.
  8. While pizza is cooking mix salad pesto and S&P.
  9. Once pizza is done slide out of pan and top with salad.
