The TONY’S FRESH MARKET LOTERIA is, in part, a scratch-off game which consists of a scratch-off game piece that can be obtained either in-store beginning June 19, 2024, through August 13, 2024 (with a purchase of 1 or more qualifying items) or through mail (no purchase necessary). The scratch-off game piece provides a code to enter for an additional scratch-off game online. To obtain a scratch-off game piece, with no purchase necessary, mail a self-addressed stamped #10 business envelope to Tony’s Fresh Market Loteria PO Box 6407, Garden Grove, CA 92846. Participation in the online Scratch-Off portion of the Game Play SWEEPSTAKES will begin on June 19, 2024, at 8:00:00 AM Central Daylight Time (“CDT”), and will close on August 16, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM CDT, with additional stages of the SWEEPSTAKES occurring subsequently pursuant to the OFFICIAL RULES. By participating in this SWEEPSTAKES, Participants agree to receive email communications, including special offers and other promotional invites, from Tony’s Finer Foods Enterprises, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries.

The SWEEPSTAKES is open to legal residents of Illinois who reside within a twenty-five (25) miles radius of a Tony’s Fresh Market supermarket location, that are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of June 19, 2024 (“Participant”). Employees of Tony’s Finer Foods Enterprises, LLC, and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, Stellar Jones Inc., dba Stellar Marketing Solutions, TPG Rewards, Inc. or employees or agents of any parties providing a prize for the SWEEPSTAKES, or of any entities retained by the Sponsor to assist in the administration or promotion of the SWEEPSTAKES, and members of such employees’ immediate family or persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter or win the SWEEPSTAKES.
